We like to talk about what we are doing at PEPY, not just because we're passionate about it, but also because we want to share the lessons we are learning along the way.  By openly sharing what has lead to our successes and failures we hope we can prevent others from making the same mistakes we have and pass on best practices when we come across them.

We discuss our "Lessons Learned"  in our team journal. PEPY Tours Founder, Daniela Papi, also regularly expresses similar thoughts in her personal blog, "Lessons I Learned". The blog  focuses on the things she is learning as she navigates through the development and tourism worlds here in Cambodia (and other life lessons she comes across on her way). By carefully monitoring our results and sharing the findings, we hope to make ourselves and others challenge our existing methods and do our job better.  Go out and pass on what YOU learned today!  In the words of one of our fabulous staff members, "Sharing rhymes with caring!"  Indeed. :-)
